Ingredients: Half a cup of frozen raspberries, 2 cups of seltzer, 2 cups of raspberry-cranberry juice, 2 cups seltzer, 1 cup vodka, 2 tablespoons lime juice.
Directions: Freeze the raspberries. Mix the seltzer, vodka, lime juice and raspberry-cranberry juice in a jug. Serve and garnish with lime wedges and frozen raspberries.

8. Bloody Mary
This cocktail uses fresh tomatoes and lemon juice.
Ingredients: 3 pounds ripe tomatoes, half a cup of seafood cocktail sauce, a quarter cup lemon juice, a quarter cup of Worcestershire sauce, 10 dashes Tabasco, one and a half teaspoons of freshly ground paper, 3 tablespoons grated horse radish, 12 ounces of vodka, one and a half teaspoons of celery salt and celery for garnish.
